Osceola Science School offers competitive salaries to newly hired and experienced teachers. Teachers with a master’s degree are offered additional salary compensation. Many of our teachers have additional opportunities to earn supplemental income during the school year and summer months.
In addition to competitive wages, OSVS offers competitive health, retirement, and life insurance packages. Qualifying family members are also eligible for certain benefit packages. All employees have the opportunity to participate in private retirement options where the company will match up to a 4% contribution.
