Position Summary
Osceola Science Charter School is seeking a dependable, energetic, and student-focused Support Staff team member to assist with daily school operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment for students and staff. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, and is committed to supporting the needs of the school community.
Essential Responsibilities Student Supervision & Support
- Supervise students during lunch periods to ensure a safe and orderly
- Monitor student behavior and assist with maintaining school
- Provide classroom supervision when teachers require brief bathroom breaks or other short
- Assist school staff with general student support as
Lunch Duty
- Clean and sanitize cafeteria tables before and after lunch
- Sweep and maintain cafeteria floors throughout lunch
- Help keep lunch areas clean, safe, and
Arrival & Dismissal Duty
- Assist with morning arrival and afternoon dismissal procedures and car line
- Direct traffic and help ensure students are safely released to authorized
